The company operates business with good governance, transparency and sustainable coexistence of society until it was awarded Corporate Social Responsibility, Department of Industrial Works: CSR-DIW in 2011 (CSR-DIW B.E. 2554 Award) and received the award for Corporate Social Responsibility, Department of Industrial Works: CSR-DIW in 2012 (CSR-DIW Continuous B.E. 2555 Award).

On September 1, 2015, the new shareholder was changed to C.A.S. Paper Mill Company Limited, which is a company in C.A.S. Paper group who has experience and operates related business with the printing industry for more than 40 years, the main objective is to operate eucalyptus wood business and purchase eucalyptus wood chips from factories across the country for export to foreign countries as a raw material for the pulp industry.
